About 79th Commercial

 

Our 79th Commercial division will acquire and repurpose multiple commercial office assets which are currently in distress, or that can be redeveloped into flexible office spaces. Our experienced team have identified a significant gap in the market, which has resulted in SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) unable to rent affordable serviced office space and carry out basic business operations.

 

Many large businesses have significantly reduced their workforces, or enforced working from home, leaving large office buildings empty and in disrepair. This enables 79th Commercial to capitalise on this lucrative area of the commercial property market.

 

Our flexible office spaces will enable small businesses to work in a modern, safe and economically viable environment. Following completion of our projects, these offices will be selfmanaged by 79th Commercial and our highly experienced team.

 

A crucial addition of 79th Commercial’s business strategy is to create residual income by offering a variety of business amenities, including phone and printing services as well as a small café in each complex. This increases the financial performance of each asset, which in turn greatly benefits the company and its stakeholders.
